Belgian Red Cross First-Aid Kit

This leather bag, bearing the Red Cross emblem on its flap, could be carried over the shoulder and contained
the basic pharmaceutical supplies needed to treat minor accidents. Wounds could be disinfected and dressed,
and a tourniquet could be applied. Some of the products still bear labels from the Belgian Red Cross, while others have
since been replaced.
It is not known whether this was the former first-aid kit sold by the Red Cross or whether it was provided to Red Cross
volunteers for use during their interventions.
